Welcome to Clearlyne Detailing. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a clear understanding of our professional relationship and service standards.
1. Scope of Services
Clearlyne Detailing provides professional mobile automotive detailing and restoration services. Specific inclusions and exclusions depend on the service package selected at the time of booking.
2. Mobile Service Access Requirements
Customers must provide a safe, legal, and adequately spaced area for us to perform the service. Access to a water source and electricity may be required unless specified otherwise. Failure to provide adequate access may result in service cancellation and a call-out fee.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are tentative until confirmed. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service value.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Please remove all personal items, valuables, and car seats from the vehicle prior to arrival. Clearlyne Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, delicate surfaces, or mechanical issues of the vehicle.
6. Limitations of Liability
Clearlyne Detailing is insured, but our liability is limited to the cost of the detailing service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear that becomes visible during the cleaning process.
7. Weather and Safety
Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures) to ensure results and safety. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
8. Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with a booking via our website or by phone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
